Terms

Terms of use

The rules for using this site and our request desk, in plain language.

Governing law: Ontario, Canada
Booking contract: With the hotel or partner
Updated: 29 October 2026

1. What this site is

Runway & Racetrack Stays is an independent guide to the hotel at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto with a free room-request desk. It is not the hotel's website and is not operated or endorsed by Great Canadian Entertainment, One Toronto Gaming, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation or Woodbine Entertainment. Names of the hotel, resort, restaurants and venues are used only to identify them.

2. Information on the site

We research carefully and date our sources, but hotel policies, fees, hours, transport schedules and events change. Information is provided for planning, without warranty. Before relying on any detail for a booking or a flight connection, confirm it with the hotel, the transport operator or the venue. We are not liable for losses arising from information that has changed or that we got wrong, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

3. Room requests

Sending a request does not create a booking. A booking exists only when the hotel or a booking partner confirms it to you.
Your booking contract is with the hotel or the partner, on their terms — including the hotel's House Rules on age, ID, deposits, cancellation and occupancy. We send you those terms with any quote.
We do not take payment and are not responsible for the hotel's or the partner's performance of the stay, though we will help you raise problems with them.
You must be 19 or older to make a reservation at this hotel, and you must give accurate details.

4. Commission

We may receive a commission from the hotel or a booking partner when a request becomes a confirmed stay. See how we earn.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the form to send spam, other people's details without permission, or unlawful content. We may ignore requests that look automated or abusive.

6. Content and links

Text on this site is ours; illustrations were generated for this site. Links to other sites, including Google Maps, transport operators and the operator's home page, are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites.

7. Gambling

Nothing on this site is an offer or invitation to gamble. Casino facilities are described only as part of the building. Ontario's minimum age for casinos is 19; ConnexOntario offers help on 1-866-531-2600.

8. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update them; the date below shows the current version. Last updated 29 October 2026.

I agree that Runway & Racetrack Stays may email or call me about this request, as described in the privacy notice.

Received. Our desk will check the hotel's availability and rate for your dates and reply by email, usually within one business day. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.

That did not go through. Check your name, email and the consent box — or write to [email protected].

The desk of this independent site takes the request, checks availability and price with the hotel's reservations team or a booking partner, and answers by email.
We never ask for a card number here, and a request is not a booking.
How we are paid: if this request turns into a confirmed stay, the hotel or the booking partner that completes it pays us a commission. It never costs you more.
