The free Pearson shuttle: hours, kerbside posts and the gaps to plan around
The single most useful thing this hotel offers a flyer is a free bus to both Pearson terminals. It also has two windows with no service at all, which is where most plans go wrong.

What the hotel publishes
Under the heading “Daily free shuttle bus service”, the hotel page says buses run between Pearson International Airport and the resort from 6 AM to 12 PM and from 3 PM to 9 PM. Pick-up at Terminal 1 is on the arrivals level at Post F3; at Terminal 3 it is Gate B, column 13, or Gate G, column 41. Drop-off is at Terminals 1 and 3. The bus takes up to 14 guests. You book your pick-up time by calling 437-428-6329 between 6:00 and 12:00 or 15:00 and 21:00, the bus does not run outside those hours, and hotel guests get priority.
| Your situation | Shuttle? | What we suggest |
|---|---|---|
| Land between 6 AM and 12 PM | Yes | Call to book the pick-up; expect to wait for the 4 PM check-in or ask about early check-in. |
| Land between 12 PM and 3 PM | No | Taxi or ride-share, or wait for the 3 PM window. |
| Land between 3 PM and 9 PM | Yes | The easiest arrival: the bus lines up with the 4 PM check-in. |
| Land after 9 PM | No | Taxi or ride-share; the bus has stopped for the night. |
| Fly out before about 7 AM | Tight | The first window opens at 6 AM; for a very early flight book a taxi. |
| Fly out midday or afternoon | Yes | Check out by 11 AM and take a morning or 3 PM run. |
How to book it well
- Call 437-428-6329 during the service hours the day before you need the bus, and give your terminal and flight time.
- For an arrival, call once your bags are in hand: the bus is collecting from two terminals and the timing matters more than for a departure.
- Keep the post number on your phone. “Post F3” at Terminal 1 and “Gate B, column 13 / Gate G, column 41” at Terminal 3 are what the hotel names; follow them rather than the general hotel-shuttle signs if they differ.
- If you are part of a group bigger than a handful, say so — 14 seats go quickly when a flight lands with a team.
What reviewers ran into
On the review pages we read on 29 October 2026, the most common shuttle complaint was not knowing that service stops in the evening. A Priceline review from June 2026 mentions arriving after the cut-off; another describes a long wait for a pick-up. Nothing in those reviews contradicts the hotel's published hours, but they show how easy it is to read “free daily shuttle” as round-the-clock. It is not.
Getting into town from here
A layover day downtown is possible without a car: take the hotel shuttle to Pearson, then the UP Express train to Union Station, which the operator advertises at 28 minutes. The train also stops at Weston, Mount Dennis and Bloor. Coming back, aim to be at Pearson before 9 PM if you want the last shuttle run to the hotel. Our 24–48 hour plans build whole days around these windows.

Things the hotel does not say
- How often the bus loops within each window, or whether it waits for delayed flights.
- Whether the vehicle is wheelchair accessible. The separate Casino Shuttle is; ask about the airport bus when you book.
- Luggage limits.
We ask these on your behalf if you note them in a room request.
