What the hotel does not publish

The cards do not give door widths, bed heights, the clear floor space beside the bed, whether a visual alarm or vibrating alert is fitted, or whether the safe and wardrobe rail sit at reachable heights. Those are often the details that decide whether a room works. When you send us a request for an accessible room, list what you need in the notes and we will put the specific questions to the hotel before you commit.

Around the building

The Theatre can be reached from the hotel lobby elevators, which go to level 2; the theatre FAQ says the venue is accessible and that accessible seats are sold through Ticketmaster, with locations varying by show. The operator's Casino Shuttle from the GTA states that its bus is wheelchair accessible. For the free airport shuttle, the hotel does not say whether the vehicle has a lift or ramp — ask when you phone 437-428-6329 to book a pick-up time, or tell us and we will ask.

The operator publishes a multi-year accessibility plan under Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and invites feedback at [email protected]. Our own site's approach is on our accessibility page.

Booking tip

Accessible rooms are a small share of most hotels' inventory and are the first to go on busy dates. If you need one for a show night or a race weekend, send your request as early as you can and say whether you would accept an accessible Corner Suite as an alternative.

Ask our desk for a room

Hotel at Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto · 19+ to book

Received. Our desk will check the hotel's availability and rate for your dates and reply by email, usually within one business day. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.

  • The desk of this independent site takes the request, checks availability and price with the hotel's reservations team or a booking partner, and answers by email.
  • We never ask for a card number here, and a request is not a booking.
  • How we are paid: if this request turns into a confirmed stay, the hotel or the booking partner that completes it pays us a commission. It never costs you more.
