Between a 100-person meeting room and a theatre that seats thousands, there is not much in the middle — but there is room-block capacity in a 400-room hotel next to an airport, which is often what group organisers actually need.

A private dining room inside the steakhouse on the gaming floor, so 19+ only. Capacity is given as up to 35 on the meetings page and up to 30 on the restaurant page; weekend and holiday bookings are limited. Email [email protected].
Offered for wedding receptions, galas, fundraisers, client events and concerts, at 1,500-plus for galas and 4,000-plus for concerts. Layouts listed include banquet-hall style, two concert styles, the stage and level three.
The all-ages restaurant takes bookings for holiday parties, banquets and birthday gatherings, by phone or WeChat on 647 601 6666.
Destination Toronto's meetings listing for the hotel describes three spaces: The Theatre (up to 5,000), Executive AB (up to 100, 1,750 square feet) and a Boardroom (up to 10, 220 square feet). “Executive AB” looks like the combined meeting rooms under another name. The boardroom does not appear on the operator's own page, so ask the sales team to confirm it before you plan around it.
The operator names wedding receptions among the uses of The Theatre. For a smaller party, the meeting rooms are the step down. What you will not find published is a wedding package, a ceremony space or a menu with prices — every wedding here is a conversation with the sales team. Remember the age rules: a reception in The Theatre can include children, but a dinner in the Copperhorn Private Room cannot.
The house rules say group reservations are subject to a separate group booking contract on top of the standard policies. For a team flying in for a trade show at the Toronto Congress Centre, a sports team on a connection, or wedding guests, our desk can collect names, dates and room types and pass the request to the hotel's sales team as a single enquiry. We do not sign group contracts on your behalf; the contract is between you and the hotel.
The airport shuttle seats up to 14. For a larger group arriving together, ask the hotel about transport — or book a coach — rather than relying on repeat runs.
Under the Rexdale community benefits agreement, eligible local organisations can rent The Theatre at a reduced rate. Details go through [email protected].
