The published facts
Maximum occupancy four, two queen beds, 388 square feet and a city view. The amenity block is the standard one: shower bathroom with bathrobes and NEST toiletries, blackout drapes, climate control, LED TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee and tea maker, free bottled water, mini fridge, desk, laptop-compatible safe, iron and board, phone, free self-parking.
Colleagues on a trade-show trip
The Toronto Congress Centre on Dixon Road is about 6 km away by road on our routing measurement, which makes this room a sensible pick for two colleagues sharing during a show. Two queens, one desk and one safe is a fair split for two; four adults in 388 square feet is cramped for more than a night.
A family of four: read this first
The hotel answers the question “Can my children stay with me?” with yes — but children cannot enter any 19+ area, and that includes the gaming floor and every restaurant located on it. The resort's family policy goes further: children under 16 may use non-gaming spaces such as the hotel lobby, rooms, pool and theatre only with a parent or guardian aged 19 or older who is actively supervising them, and a parent who is gambling is not considered to be supervising. Teenagers aged 16 to 18 can move around non-gaming areas alone if a 19+ guardian is on the property and reachable immediately.
In practice this means planning meals around the two outlets we could confirm as open to all ages — Lobster Legend Noodle Bar and the Lobby Bar Grab & Go — or eating off the property. The pool rules also apply: children under 12 must be supervised by someone aged 16 or older.
Premium or Racetrack two-queen?
Same size, same beds, same kit. If the children will enjoy watching horses on a race afternoon, ask for the Racetrack Two Queen and let us confirm the view. If you are only sleeping before a flight, the Premium room is the simpler request.
Counting heads
Four is the published maximum. The house rules say going over permitted occupancy can lead to eviction without a refund, so a family of five needs the Corner Suite plus a second room, or the 2 Bedroom Suite.
